Coriolis Air Sampler
The Coriolis® µ Air Sampler
uses the patented 'Wet Cyclone' design for the collection of any
airborne particles > 0.5 µm into sterile tubes containing a
collection liquid.Although being extremely compact and light (only 3 kg) the instrument realises air flow rates of up to 300 l per minute. Subsequently, collected particles like bacteria, pollen or fungal spores can easily get identified and quantified by many downstream assays including classical cultivation methods and PCR techniques.
