The brightfield-based Cellometer™ rapidly counts cells reproducibly and reliably in less than 30 seconds. Total cell number, cell density, average cell size, cell size distribution, and number of dead cells are analysed in a single measurement.

Specially designed disposable counting chambers reduce the risk of contamination to a minimum. No sample preparation is required. Cells are ready to count in growth medium or buffer.

Two models for different cell sizes are available. The Cellometer™ Auto T4 for eukaryotic cells (5-35 µm) and the Cellometer™ Auto M10 for yeast cells, algae, and thrombocytes (2-12 µm).
