Microscope based fluorescent cell counter!

The Cellometer^® Vision provides all features of the well-established Cellometer^® Auto T4/M10 line. In addition to brightfield the Cellometer^® Vision can be equipped with up to two fluorescence modules. The exchangeable fluorescence modules are available for different excitation and emission wave lengths.  In addition there is a choice of 5x and 10x optical magnification for different cell sizes.

The Cellometer^® Vision cell counter adds the ability to also count fluorescent labelled cells and determine fluorescence intensity. For the first time fluorescent cell assays, which required flow cytometry in the past, can be performed in less than two minutes.
