peqGOLD Fungal DNA Kits

 
The peqGOLD Fungal DNA Kit enables quick and simple isolation of high-quality DNA from fresh, frozen or dried samples of fungal material. The kits are using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The DNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed before eluting with low salt buffer or water.

Special features:
  • Suitable for samples rich of polysaccharides
  • Without use of organic extractions
  • No time-consuming alcoholic precipitations
  • Extraction of DNA up to 60 kbp
  • Final elution in low salt buffer or water
