KAPA Library Amplification
A second generation proofreading polymerase is used for the amplification of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) libraries. KAPAHiFi™ is an innovative antibody-based Hot Start DNA polymerase engineered via a process of molecular evolution for highest fidelity and low GC bias. KAPAHiFi™ is offered in three versions:
- KAPAHiFi™ Library Amp ReadyMix for the amplification of NGS libraries via endpoint PCR
- KAPAHiFi™ Library Amp Real-Time for the amplification of NGS libraries via real time PCR including SYBR Green I and four fluorescent concentration standards
- KAPAHiFi™ Uracil+ ReadyMix for the amplification of NGS libraries after bisulfite-mediated cytosine to uracil conversion of methylated DNA for epigenetic sequencing
