KAPA Library Quantification kits combine a quality-controlled set of DNA standards with the unmatched performance of KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR reagents to provide a rapid, sensitive, and reliable method for quantifying amplifiable molecules in NGS libraries.

Kits contain primers, DNA standards, and real-time PCR reagents specific for both DNA sequencing platform (Illumina GA, Illumina HiSeq, MiSeq, Roche 454 GS FLX, Roche 454 GS Titanium, Roche 454 GS Junior, ABI SOLiD, Ion Torrent PGM) and qPCR instrument (Universal, ABI Prism, Bio-Rad iCycler, Roche LightCycler480). Primer Premix, DNA Standards, and KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR reagents are also sold separately.
