When high levels of PCR accuracy are essential PEQLAB recommends DNA polymerases with proof reading functions. Besides their 5'-3' processivity these enzymes exhibit high levels of 3'-5' exonuclease (proof reading) activity.

peqGOLD Pwo-DNA-Polymerase
  • For amplifications with minimal error rates (2 x 10-6)
  • Very high thermal stability (half-life of 2 hours at 100 °C)
  • Concentration of 1 u/µl
