The 2x KAPA2G™ Robust ReadyMix is recommended for all standard end-point PCR assays, even with GC-rich templates or Colony PCR. Amplicons generated with the KAPA2G Robust ReadyMix are suitable for routine downstream applications, including restriction enzyme digestion, cloning and sequencing.

  • Contains a second generation DNA polymerase engineered for extreme robustness
  • Tolerant to PCR inhibitors like urea, SDS, EtOH and EDTA
  • Suitable for Colony PCRs
  • Also available as kit and hot start kit
