peqGOLD Total RNA Kits

peqGOLD Total RNA Kits are optimised for simple and quick isolation of high-quality total RNA from various animal or human cells and tissues. The kits are using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The RNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed easily before eluting in RNase-free water.

Special features:

Immediate inactivation of endogenous and exogenous RNases
Without use of organic extractions
No time-consuming alcoholic precipitations
Efficiently removal of contaminants and enzyme inhibitors

For isolation of total RNA from adipose tissues we recommend the peqGOLD HP Total RNA Kits.

The MicroSpin format is optimised for DNA isolation from small samples.

The Kits are available as S-Line including Safety-Line columns with lid or C-Line including Classic-Line columns without lid!
