Powerful and multipurpose DNA and siRNA transfection reagent for many adherent cell types. High DNA transfection efficiency and over 90% gene silencing at 10 nM siRNA. Ideal for DNA/siRNA co-transfections and the transfection of shRNA und miRNA plasmids. Very gentle cell transfection. Since the reagent is not affected by the presence of serum or antibiotics, no medium changes are required.

Search the publication database with Polyplus transfection reagents or search for transfection conditions for over 400 cell lines and primary cells.
