For the isolation of viral RNA from different cell free liquids PEQLAB offers the peqGOLD Viral RNA Kit. The kit is using the reversible binding characteristics of PerfectBind silica filters in centrifugation columns. The RNA binds selectively to the silica matrix and can be washed easily before eluting in RNase-free water.

  • Immediate inactivation of endogenous and exogenous RNases
  • Without use of organic extractions
  • Efficiently removal of contaminants and enzyme inhibitors
  • Final elution in RNase-free water
